Job Description – Office Clerk/Admin. Assistant(Nonexempt)

【Main Duties】
  • Assistant for admin./office clerical (entry level)
  1. Sort, prepare outgoing mail and delivered items
  2. Respond to phone calls and visitors
  3. Check office supply inventory and replenish
  4. Setup PC/mobile device for new employees
  5. Assist accounting (sort and organize documents, data entry)
  6. Assist HR (accepting temporary workers/conduct orientation for new hires)
  7. 【Other】As assigned by other team members/management

【Skills Needed】
  1. Communication – report, explanation of information to others
  2. Teamwork – cooperate other departments and their members
  3. Microsoft Office/365 (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook) – draft documents, charts, presentation materials, etc.
  4. Language: Japanese (business level – native level), English (business level)

【Work Hours】
  • Mon. – Fri., 08:30 – 17:30 plus overtime (15 to 30 minutes/day)
【Report to:】
  • Manager (Admin.)
  • $18/hour or DOE (Nonexempt)
