【Main Duties】
・Supervise/manage manufacturing department within Production Division
【Descriptions】
- Draft and submit daily/weekly/monthly production plans based on orders received
- Check and request/order raw and packaging materials to Purchasing, based on production plans
- Plan schedules and arrange workers based on production plans
- Oversee and train employees (train and instruct workers about procedures, safety and sanitations)
- Log daily production report and submit to managers
- Draft various plans necessary for production control, suggest/improve productivity
- Understand HACCP and maintain compliance by creating/amending rules and procedures, as well as training employees. Keep good relationships with other departments

【Qualifications and Skills Required】
- Experience in production control/analysis, labor management and inventory control (Minimum 3 years)
- Have knowledge/experience in food manufacturing and related equipment and machinery (Minimum 1 year) – Maintenance work skills/experience is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate with other departments/teams as a team leader
- Have knowledge/experience in Food Code/laws/regulations, drafting/updating company rules/standards in relation to HACCP, SQF, FSMA, etc.
- Experience in training/instructing 2 or more subordinates (Minimum 1 year)
- Lift and carry items weighing 40~50 Lbs.
- Microsoft Office (Excel: draft/update production plans/instructions/various reports), enter/extract data from the Company’s database
- Language: English (native/business conversational) and Japanese (conversational) – instructions/orders from management includes Japanese documents
- Experience in training and leading a team, as well as strong leadership to maintain morale.

【Work Hours】 Mon. – Fri., 06:00 – 15:00 (core time)
【Report to: 】 Warehouse Supervisor and/or Production Manager
【Salary/Wage】 $65,000/year or DOE (Exempt)
