Cooking Directions
1. Boil noodles w/ plenty of hot water.
2. Mix 1.5 fl.oz soup base w/ 12 fl.oz soup stock or hot water
3. Transfer noodles into a bowl & add seasoning oil
4. Add toppings to complete your dish.

Umami Fried Rice

Cooking Directions
1. Stir fry egg, Vegetables, Chashu & Rice
2. Mix 1 fl.oz soup base

Mazemen (Soupless Noodle)

Cooking Directions
1. Boil noodles w/ plenty of hot water.
2. Mix soup base w/ soup stock or hot water at a 3:1 ratio. Add a sugar if desired.
3. Transfer noodles into a bowl. Add 1 fl. Oz mix ramen base.
