Cooking Directions
1. Boil noodles w/ plenty of hot water.
2. Mix 2 fl.oz soup base w/ 12 fl.oz soup stock or hot water
3. Transfer noodles into a bowl & add seasoning oil
4. Add toppings to complete your dish.

Miso Tsukemen (Dipping Noodle)

Cooking Directions
1. Boil noodles w/ plenty of hot water.
2. Mix 2 fl.oz soup base w/ a pinch of Sugar and6 fl.oz soup stock or hot water. Bring to a boil.
3. Cool noodles w/running water & transfer into a bowl
4. Add toppings to complete your dish.
